What Garita is

Garita is an information platform. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage in any jurisdiction. We do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. When you submit an inquiry, we connect you with an independent, vetted partner agent who is licensed in the relevant country. Any transaction you enter into is between you and that agent or the property owner. We receive a referral fee from the agent, paid from their commission. Nothing is added to the price on your side.

Data accuracy

Community data, scores, and fees reflect conditions as of the date shown. Markets change. We update regularly but cannot guarantee accuracy at any given moment. Use our data as a research input, not as a substitute for your own due diligence, legal counsel, or on-the-ground inspection.

Privacy

We collect your email when you submit an inquiry. Inquiry messages are forwarded to the partner agent covering that community. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else. We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Upstash for data storage, and Fastmail for transactional email. No tracking scripts, no ad networks. Email us to delete your account and data.

Content licensing

Community pages are free to cite with attribution. Bulk scraping or reproduction of the dataset is not licensed.
